Ministry Philosophy

The five fold offices are to govern the Ekklesia (church) by promoting growth,
facilitate equipping and duplication, and multiplication.

Spiritual fathering is the true biblical basis for spiritual discipleship.
Every Believer is to be equipped as an able bodied minister and is to do the work of the ministry.

All true ministry comes out of the place of overflow from our personal relationship
with the Lord.

All members are expected to participate in the ministry of a local body and in
ministry to the Lord, by prayer, worship, tithing, time, and support of the local
vision.

As we focus on intimacy with God, all other things will take proper placement in our lives.

All Believers are expected to live a separated, sanctified, and holy life and to
embrace the doctrines of Christ fully.

Authority comes to Believers by them knowing their rights and staying accountable, responsible and submitted to leadership.

Leaders are always chosen by faithfulness, proven through their walk, reflecting
spiritual maturity, overall commitment, proven abilities and sacrifices, aligning with scriptural precedents.
